We are E-Learning Ready even before the Covid 19 pandemic!

The centers of our learning continuity plan are sub divided into two options Our institution will provide the following options in compliance with the regulation of the government and as well as our standards as a Bible believing Christian School.

Ø  Home Schooling Using Modules - materials prepared by the school will be given to the parent. Their modules was prepared by Teachers specialized in their respective subject. This option will be for those whose access to online is limited, We also have an existing set of modules based on Paces and is currently being used by our academy; our modules are internationally recognized and proven to be self-learning.

Ø  Online Schooling - Students with computer and internet or a smartphone using mobile data will have this curriculum. Regarding this approach, we have already trained our teachers, our infrastructure is ready, our modules are ready and our subscriptions to online media are all in.

Our Online Schooling is subdivided into 4 Phases where all the possible integration within our current system and infrastructures can be made possible thru technology.

Phase 1 Module Development. We have an existing modules based on Paces and is currently being used by our academy; these Paces will be integrated into online modules and will be made available online. Also under this phase the grading system as well as the test and measurement concepts will be re-assessed, integrated, revised and be re-adopted.

Phase 2 Infrastructure Upgrade and System Integration We also have an existing e-learning subscription even before the pandemic, we also have an infrastructure that is capable of converting our lessons from classroom to online. A special studio room was about to be completed where all the recordings and all the multimedia uploads will be conducted. These will enabled us to have a common system, standardized upload, inexpensively simple and functional.

Phase 3 Student engagements and reporting Students are NOT required to personally appear for enrollment, they can submit their papers online. Upon verification of their enrollment they will be added to our social media groups and will be given access to online learning materials, the orientation will be given online while a chat room will be opened for them to raise their questions and inquiry. A separate orientation for parents and guardians will also be available online,   

Phase 4 Teachers training and Development Our school will provide trainings and support to teachers in providing opportunities for students during this current COVID-19 pandemic. Our school will be using alternative methods and that is to provide curriculum and instruction support in different approach, strategies and ideas. And, this is to enable both the teachers and students be responsive to changing circumstances.
